The hotel was impeccably clean, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Its prime location right in the centre of terminal 3 allowed for easy access and saved us time during our layover. The staff members at the reception desk were friendly and were very good too assist us with any queries or requests we had.

Right in the centre of terminal 3, this hotel is the perfect place to rest and relax between flights. The staff are extremely helpful and the basic amenities, including comfortable rooms with beds and bathrooms, meet all your needs. Additionally, the prices are reasonable, offering great value for money.

The food was nice, especially the spicy spaghetti. The reception desk was helpful. The massage by Helen was professional and relaxing. Plenty of space for a good stretch.

Located right in the centre of terminal 3, Ambassador Transit Lounge is the perfect spot to rest between flights in comfort. The big chairs provide a relaxing atmosphere, while the clean showers and strong WiFi connection are a bonus. With plenty of sofas and electrical outlets, charging your devices is a breeze. Plus, the buffet offers a good variety, with food being continually topped up. a convenient and comfortable stay.
The check-in staff could have been more welcoming and accommodating.
